QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: What type of people can I expect to meet at TriAdventure?
You'll meet individuals just like yourself: People who seek discipline in an organized group, who want to do something different... and who appreciate a challenge!
Q: Will I be sore?
Yes. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often throughout the remaining weeks. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.
Q: When will I start seeing results?
Within the first week—and sometimes within the first three days! If you follow the program and nutrition guide with maximum effort you can expect to see amazing results such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe (some losing as much as 20 inches in a single 3 month session), increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all the happiness that comes with being a healthier person.
Q: What items will I have to purchase?
We ask that you have a good pair of running shoes, a jump rope, and water.
Q: How much does Rambo cost?
$100 per month (includes a gym membership). Reduced rates available for current Weight Club members.
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. Our refund policy is that there are no refunds. We’re here, where are you?
Q: Do we still work out when it's raining or snowing?
Absolutely! Rain or shine, we are working out! This is boot camp, military-style, where a little bad weather never hurt anyone! We follow the county school schedule, so if school is out, we are out...otherwise, we are there (if schools are running late, we are still going on normal time).
