Personal Training Programs & Coaching

Let TriAdventure Multisport work with you to help you achieve your goals this season. Together, we can help you:

We offer a Basic Program and a Personal Coaching Program, each one specifically formulated to meet your personal needs.

Programs offered include:

Basic Program: Personally configured training programs for Triathlon, Running, Cycling, Swimming, Adventure Racing and other sports. Our coaches will create race specific programs to help you achieve your goals this season. You will need to answer several questions that will determine your current level of ability so we can provide you with a customized training program; all in one complete package, printed and mailed directly to you.

Personal Coaching Program: Work one-on-one with a personal coach. Includes the basic program for the race of your choice, plus personalized coaching by phone and online. You will be able to connect with your coach weekly to go over your progress, ask questions, and keep focused on your training priorities. Your program grows with your development, at your pace, towards your goals.
