TriAdventure is currently offering a three month off season "Rambo" training for youth and adults. Train together with a group to gain strength, agility, flexibility and coordination. This training is currently underway and new athletes are always welcome.

Schedule:

Monday 6-7am - Youth Training 18 and under
Tuesday 6-7am - Adult Training
Wednesday 6-7am - Youth Training
Thursday 6-7am - Adult Training
Thursday 7-8pm - Group Cycling Class
Friday 6-7am - Group Run
Sunday 6-7pm - Group Swim

-Groups include Youth and Adults
All training excluding swims take place at Blacksburg Health and Fitness at the Weight Club.
