½ MARATHON, MARATHON & ULTRA TRAINING W/ Kirby Walke
The Winter-Spring Running program is geared to those seeking running confidence. The focus of this program is to gain fitness and the integration of running into your daily life. Whether you are hoping for a PR or completing your first half marathon and beyond, this program will give you the guidance to achieve your goals and more. All levels of runners are encouraged. Our mission is to not only prepare you for your event but to also garner a love and appreciation for fitness to be carried forward into your daily life.
WINTER-SPRING RUNNING: FEBRUARY 1st –MARCH 31st 9 WEEKS $125
-Personalized weekly running schedule based around your desires, goals and commitments
-Two weekly group runs mirroring your personal running schedule (Tuesday 5:00pm & Thursday 7:00am; times/days will be tailored for the group if necessary)*
-Bi-monthly Saturday long/unique runs*
-Unlimited access via email to coach and run leader
-Two information sessions geared towards nutrition, injury prevention and the running lifestyle
-group size 5-15 people
*All group runs supported by coach/run leader, water and nutritional products. Groups will be split based on fitness, goals and alignment with training plan
ULTRA EXTENSION: MARCH-early APRIL $45
Those gearing up for a Spring/Summer ultra will have access to lengthening their training with the Ultra Extension.
-3 Saturday long runs on local trails, dirt roads and the Eastern Divide Ultra course (If there is runner interest, the full EDU course may be previewed)
Your coach and run leader, Kirby Walke, is an accomplished runner and training program leader from the 5K to 50K distance. With years of experience racing, coaching and race directing, he will help you gain endurance, speed and experience navigating the roads and trails. You will enter the Spring with fitness and the ability to integrate running into your everyday life.
